The monthly piano tuition is payable in advance on the 1st day of each month whether the lesson is attended or not. After the 7th day of the month a $10.00 late fee will be added per student. We accept cash, check or credit card.

The time scheduled for the student’s lesson is reserved for his/her exclusive use. Make-up lesson is offered only once in the trimester period. There is no credit given for missed lessons. In case there is no opportunity to make up the lesson during the trimester, it will be made up during the summer trimester. If the student fails to show up to the rescheduled lesson there will be no additional time scheduled.

Some months have 5 weeks or parts thereof. Lessons in these instances compensate for lessons that fall on holidays. Please visit our schedule for upcoming holidays.

Since the Academy has a year-round schedule, the lesson times cannot be reserved unless they are paid for. In case the student does not reserve his/her space, upon returning, can request another time, if available.

We reserve the right to terminate the student’s lesson for the following reasons:
